Redemption in the Old Testament: The ladies of Redeemer Church have been studying God’s redemption plan through the Old Testament. We’ve glimpsed the blessing of his perfect creation, examined the disobedience of Adam and Eve, observed God’s mercy with Noah and God’s justice in the flood of the earth. Now we will contemplate the life of Abraham, the blessing God promised to him, and the covenant God made with him. Galatians 3:14 tells us God “rede emed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.” Join us to reflect upon this blessing given to Abraham.
